Pros

Interesting technology and lots of very good people to work with. Good work/life balance.

Cons

No career planning or development, you are completely on your own. Very cut throat at the executive level, and long-time employees frequently get fired without warning despite consistently strong performance due to frequent leadership turnovers. People come in and clear out old employees to bring in their own people.

- The people on your team are almost certainly amazing - Large company so it’s pretty easy to move into new roles - The development side of the company gets stuff done

Cons

- Way to many levels of management - Upper management is clueless and has no respect for employees or their concerns. - Middle management is ineffective. - Frequent changes in leadership/ management (in just over a year I had 4 different managers)
