      Terrible experience in Austin

      Pros

      Perficient is a great name and I believe it's probably a great place to work outside of Austin. They are strong Oracle and IBM partners.

      Cons

      No leadership, no feedback, no direction. Many people have been hired to take on a specific position only to be thrown in other roles. Be warned if you are looking at joining the Austin team. What a mess!

      Pros

      I am able to create opportunities for myself and my team. We are visible to the executive team and we are rewarded for our efforts. We are given new tools to achieve better metrics and make our department a critical need for the company. The benefits and flexibility are great and cost effective. 4 weeks of vacation for all employees is great. Perficient is a place where you can carve our your future.

      Cons

      Change management is needed more for acquisitions so that new employees can be brought in properly for smooth transition.
