      Pros

      The company targets large accounts to provide long term IT consulting to, therefore they are pretty stable for an IT consulting company (much less feast / famine that short term project based companies).

      Cons

      There is NOT a lot of vision or direction from senior management, so much of the day to day is just focused on customer delivery. There is also a lack of career development, so you are kind of on your own to define your path and get there.

      Pros

      There are a ton of pros for Perficient - you get access to a ton of great people with great experience.

      Cons

      Since there are so many different companies working together through their various acquisitions, trying to navigate a rather archaic EMS is hard to adapt to.

      Pros

      The folks are top notch. That is really the most important part. Few other institutions I've been involved with have a comparable culture that combines excellence and supportiveness. The organization values good employees and promotes a work-hard/play-hard ethic.

      Cons

      High expectations can be demanding. Rapid growth leads to frequent changes in procedures as the company tries to adapt to new challenges and to improve processes.
