Pros

Good benefits and competitive salary. Big company with a lot of credibility in the marketplace. This company is a good place to gain valuable experience with big brand names. If you like travel then this company will keep you hopping around.

Cons

Unorganized business units. The right hand does not always know what the left is doing. Some projects were clumsily handed-off between sales and implementation so be prepared to adapt quickly and wear many hats. Management is always scrambling to staff projects--especially since if you mess up, even a little, they will get rid of you and find the next person, which can be a little brutal. Attrition is very high.

Pros

If you are in need of a job and they just happen to be needing a body to fill a contract position then you are of value to them.

Cons

-No communication between business units within the company -No resource sharing between business units -The company doesn't try to use current employees for vacancies in other business units -The company body shops people to fill an immediate need under the disguise that its a permanent role within the company and then will lay off that person once the contract is up, even if its only a 3 month contract -Company routinely gives layoff notices of less than 3 days but will black list an employee even if they give a 2 week notice -Company tells employees that were laid off that they still expect them to honor the "No Compete" clause, ties possible separation payments to ex-employ agreeing to sign the "No Compete" again -HR does nothing for the employee when they are laid off, no exit interview, no package is sent unless you contact them and press for it to be sent, even COBRA wasn't sent prior to them terminating insurance, which is terminated earlier than you are lead to believe by management -HR and Senior Management are not on the same page when laying off an employee, management makes promises about insurance and other things such as returning equipment and HR does the exact opposite
