      Pros

      Good benefits and competitive salary. Big company with a lot of credibility in the marketplace. This company is a good place to gain valuable experience with big brand names. If you like travel then this company will keep you hopping around.

      Cons

      Unorganized business units. The right hand does not always know what the left is doing. Some projects were clumsily handed-off between sales and implementation so be prepared to adapt quickly and wear many hats. Management is always scrambling to staff projects--especially since if you mess up, even a little, they will get rid of you and find the next person, which can be a little brutal. Attrition is very high.

      Pros

      I didn't feel micromanaged and there was good cooperation within the business unit. We had some really talented people on our team, but also several newbies who probably were unaligned with their skills set (myself included).

      Cons

      Training...what training? Bill, Bill, Bill. This is a churn and burn type shot, didn't feel much loyalty to the company. We were basically independent consultants with something that looked like a health insurance program. The bonus is oversold and you'll never actually realize the 401K contributions.

      Pros

      Career growth potential, opportunity to work with cutting edge technologies, partner with all the major software vendors, some of the smartest people around work here, professional environment and attitude, great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Vacation time could be better. Some people have to travel a lot, it depends on which group you hire into. The local employees are not required to travel.
