      Focus on work life balance. Choice of projects

      Cons

      No vendor training. Management only advocated for on the job training. Some projects start big and then end up being staff aug.

      Pros

      Interesting engagements, ability to try yourself in different roles and work with different technologies, great people, really good PTO, pretty decent pay, options for telecommute, flexible hours.

      Cons

      Virtually no training, hard to get a promotion, bonus is not substantial, 401K is not a full match, management is pushing hard for 100% utilization, work schedule is hectic at times.

      Being a consulting company the travel can get tough. Also do not like the bonus structure
