      Pros

      Amount of PTO and Holidays is great, even when you start. Most of the benefits are great, and they even have some additional benefits for colleagues that differentiate them selves.. Wide exposure to culture and technologies.

      Cons

      Could have better healthcare coverage. Annual reviews do not always happen on-schedule. If you get a raise and a late review they do not back-pay to your scheduled review date.

      Pros

      Flexible with good work life balance. You have the ability to shape your own career if you are in the right high profile group and good support of management.

      Cons

      Little direction for consultants that don't know their way around the company. Growth plan is based on acquisitions which is good for the company growth, but challenging from a revolving door of new people.

      There are plenty of opportunities for an individual’s personal growth. Perficient has formal training available to everyone and they have a liberal training budget. We have a great and growing global client base. All my managers have taken time to mentor and advise me on a regular basis. I'm proud to be part of an awesome, growing team and see a great future ahead! We’re hiring too!
