      Pros

      Great Co-workers, very knowledgeable and intelligent. Very competitive benefits with a lot of paid time off Ability to gain lots of experience

      Cons

      Not enough time spent on individual's growth opportunities and career paths Not a very strong bonus structure Not much opportunity to move around within company

      Pros

      Very flexible in terms of allowing employees to work independently and get things done on your own time frame. If something personal outside of work comes up, you can do what you need to do without someone breathing down your neck. Just get your work done, manage your time, and it's an awesome place to work.

      Cons

      Based on average bill rate to clients vs. salary to do so could be better in my opinion, but it depends on many variables as well.

      New Implementations. Lot of exposure, Meet new people, work with multiple teams. Get to visit new places, enjoy to stay in good hotel. Good perdim too.

      Cons

      Travel, you need to stay away from family. Mon to thursday travel. you will be back home on friday. Pain full to travel
