Pros

Aggressive NASDAQ company focused on growth. Lots of opportunities to learn new tools, technologies, and gain experience in a variety of industries.

Cons

Very tough place for women focused on growing their technical skills. Women are encouraged to take on project management and other less technical roles. Their ability to be part of technical training and growth is limited.

Thank you for your service with us and for sharing your feedback. You will be pleased to know our new VP of People is female. We want everyone to feel equal across the board, especially in terms of respect and opportunity. To facilitate this, we have created the Growth for Everyone initiative to highlight the diversity of success our colleagues experience on board, in addition to our Leadership Fundamentals program. For technical growth, we recommend the new training platform and asking your leadership or HR about attending conferences or earning new certifications. We want this to be a place you can grow at. Lastly, you might consider joining the Women In Tech group to find other women to connect with and learn from their experiences. We are always striving to offer the best employee experience possible and are open to any ideas or suggestions you have. Please share with your leadership, with HR, or to glassdoor@perficient.com.

Pros

None...impossible for a “consulting” firm to have so many delivery partners, capabilities, global coverage and employee turnover at $400m

Cons

Never seen attrition and the amount of layoffs like this joke setup they call a digital transformation consulting firm. Unless you’re in a mgmt position, be prepared to work non-stop with no reciprocity. This company has no internal competencies, and they hunt for partners with existing projects to sub-k. View the absolute endless number of “Talent Acquisition Specialists” on LinkedIn. That’s it...that’s their model. As a PM, we never owned any of my engagements directly with the client. What we delivered was about nothing more than bottom line with no repeat business.

Pros

Work from home, quarterly floating holiday, and there are some fantastic/smart/talented people despite being stuck in a nagative work environment

Cons

Low pay, zero work life balance, diversity is non existent and not valued, poor communication from leadership, everything is a fire drill (poor planning), too much travel and no prep for travel (lucky if you get three days notice which makes paying out of pocket for flights very pricey), paying out of pocket for parking, sometimes paying out of pocket for software if you want it quicker than a month later, care too much about billable utilization with leaders being staffed at 85-100%+ billable, employees not valued, fun events almost non-existant, birthdays/work anniversaries not celebrated unless you are part of a previously acquired company, no one-on-ones with manager, no feedback, far too much stress and often boring, junior level work, ridiculous timelines, etc.
