Pros

Can't think of any pros for this company

Cons

Seasoned professionals being micromanaged is not good for overall outlook. Managers suggesting to work faster will equate to dollars, what happened to work smarter.

Pros

The company's extensive network of locations and diverse customer base provide valuable exposure. Notably, the company offers flexibility in time-off policies and presents opportunities for remote work. Customers are sold by professionalism, quality of work, and experienced people developing the project

Cons

While the company's services may be suitable for more junior roles, there's a concern regarding the alignment of service quality with the seniority of the role. There seems to be a risk of experienced professionals being replaced by less experienced (3 months vs 3 years) or offshore labor, potentially impacting credibility and client relationships. The company's approach to acquiring skills on the fly poses challenges, especially when clients are expecting experienced professionals. Although job requirements appear demanding, the reality often involves promises of equivalent expertise at a lower cost and companies that work with them should double-check. Working with team members who consistently seek assistance without acquiring the necessary skills can be frustrating. The presence of favoritism further complicates the work environment, impacting team dynamics and potentially hindering professional growth. Additionally, the flexibility in time-off policies may lead to challenges in meeting customer requirements. The remote environment creates uncertainty and impacts the quality of work, which is reflected in a lack of performance and availability. This could potentially affect the long-term stability of the workforce and client retention.
