      Pros

      Work/life balance is usually good, but depends on the project you're on. It was usually easy to work remote from wherever.

      Cons

      The benefits were not good. I was part of a smaller company that Perficient acquired. We had great benefits, but then Perficient hacked them up. I did not like my group, or the work we did. I was not able to switch out. I even internally applied to Perficient positions, but never got a response. The HR department does not answer emails or calls, and IT is equally hard to get a hold of.

      Pros

      Employees are able to wear many hats and have the opportunity to shape their jobs within the boundaries of the role.

      Cons

      One of the core values is honesty and integrity. The company does not uphold this particular core value. Employees are not given communications about their performance or about how they can resolve client or team issues. Employees are working extremely long hours and do not have a work/life balance. There seems to be a lack for respect for the individual.

      Free Udemy courses and that's about it.

      Low Pay No projects coming in so no work, layoffs abound Purchased by a private equity firm - if you know, you know Scummy sales people (and a couple of decent ones) Dishonest - to clients, to each other. Backstabbing/Gossipy environment Horrible Culture - good old boys network in full effect, they yell about diversity but do nothing to actually support diverse employees If you are benched because of their poor revenue, you get let you with no severance and little warning or time to find something else They talk big about their "People Promise" but you're not a person, you're dollar bill signs. They abandon employees with speed and efficiency. Will they be here in six months? Unlikely. This is simply the slimiest and least ethical place I've ever worked.
