Low pay rate, the most toxic place you can think. You’re treated as an object there. If your work is billed you are seen, otherwise you’re treated like a piece of trash. They put you on “bench” and after a while you will fall down from the bench. Don’t waste your time there. It worths to study and look for a safe job. They hire new grad students and give you a hope of having a job, and after a short time they put you aside and make you having zero energy and confidence. Never waste your time and energy in such a toxic place. They only and only think about increasing their profit, not even a bit ethics.

Their benefits are terrible. They offer unlimited PTO but you can only take 2 weeks paid and require multiple levels of approval to take time off. They put so much bureaucratic tape in place to discourage you from taking time off. If you’re sick more then a day you can’t go back to work without a doctor’s note. Limited in what they cover healthcare wise and for medications. Just the fact I’ve had to go around and around with their Benefits Manager playing word salad in regards to what they cover has made me consider looking. Perficient need sto realize that if they want their employees to work hard they need to provide decent pay and benefits and not make their employees’ beg borrow and plead just to use them.
