      Laid off abruptly out of nowhere

      It was okay while it lasted

      Cons

      Laid off abruptly with very little notice. The company recently cut a significant portion of its workforce. Despite emphasizing their strong culture, they let go of long-term employees in extremely short calls—one leader ended my call before I could even respond. Their actions during moments like this show that their culture is mostly talk. Would not recommend.

      Not a great place to be right now

      -The organization is reinventing itself with the addition of the new CEO, with a focus on AI. He seems to be making decisions that are shifting the company into a better direction. -A lot of brilliant people and good teammates to work with

      Cons

      -Expect a lot of politics. It is very difficult to interact with people in leadership and get things moving, many initiatives have difficulties gaining traction because people in charge of making decisions seem to be afraid of making then. -There is no job security, projects are short-lived and often mismanaged. Expect regular layoffs; I saw a lot of people being let go within a couple of weeks of being on the bench. You better be fully assigned or you are out. -Projects tend to run into trouble frequently and people get burned out. Seller's over commit to things that can't be delivered because of the pressure to sell and meet unrealistic goals. -Benefits are ok, FTO used to be a good selling point but not anymore with recent blackouts. -Insurance is not very good, and many services will not be covered.

      Incompetent executive team

      Pros

      Smart people that work hard, care about clients and give it their all. Only reason for 2 stars is the people.

      Cons

      Structure way out of date, executive team ignores feedback from field and most importantly the CEO is in over his head and seems too arrogant to admit mistakes and make way for change. Top salespeople and senior leaders lining up ready to leave since execs can’t be bothered with sales model that’s broken, org structure where teams sell uncoordinated with each other, or any number of things causing friction. Not what it used to be, no wonder business is struggling.
