      After acquisition, the day-to-day is the same but everything else has changed.

      Large company = large customer base; theoretical mobility between BUs; flexible hours; competitive salary; flexible work location

      Cons

      Large company = lots of administrative overhead; politics and infighting between BUs; non-salary benefits (401k match, PTO) are below average for the industry and overly strict

      Stay away from this company - especially people who came to US on work visa

      Pros

      They will hire mostly for a client and in most of the cases it`s body shopping so you will work 9 -5. Compensation is good .

      Cons

      Body Shopping WIll fire you if project is over.(i know couple of people who got fired immediatly when client no more needed them) will ask you to repay visa fees which company has invested(this may get notice sooner or later by uscis so if you are planning for green card with this company .please be careful ) HR`s,Senior managment doesn`t bother how individual business units treating employees. finally, please dont mis led by the reviewes which were posted by HR`s !!

      Survival mode - stay away

      Good pay, 401k Match and bonuses.

      Cons

      Entire company is on survival mode, everyone is treated as a row on Excel. No carrer growth, nothing close to a consulting firm they operate as a staffing firm, hire on-demand based on signed deals.
