Pros

Working in Perficient has been a rewarding experience. The company fosters a collaborative environment where innovation and continuous learning are encouraged. I’ve had the opportunity to work on diverse projects that challenge my skills and help me grow professionally. The leadership is approachable and my manager has been supportive and motivating throughout. The work-life balance is commendable and the flexibility offered, especially during personal milestones has been truly appreciated.

Cons

The fast paced nature can sometimes be demanding, especially when juggling multiple client requirements. However, it’s a great opportunity to sharpen time management and problem solving skills. Occasionally, cross team coordination may take extra effort but it also encourages collaboration and broadens our exposure to different domains.

Pros

Perficient is driven by a bold AI-first initiative that's truly exciting. The new leadership and direction prioritize integrating cutting-edge technology into our core operations, which empowers every employee to work smarter and focus on high-impact projects. This isn't just about efficiency; it's about fostering a unique work culture and collaboration where human creativity is amplified by AI, not replaced. There's a strong emphasis on continuous learning and open communication, ensuring everyone feels valued and connected to our overarching mission. This forward-thinking approach, combined with a supportive and dynamic environment, makes this an outstanding place to contribute and a magnet for great talent.

Cons

The rapid pace of change and an "always-on" mentality can lead to potential burnout if not managed carefully. Also, the sheer speed can make it hard for some to adapt, requiring significant personal investment in upskilling to keep pace.

Collaborative and inclusive work culture. New leadership brings a healthy but confident change to achieve the vision and direction of the organisation Focus is more on innovation, transparency, and employee development AI first initiative is encouraged across training, projects and Sales pursuits for employees to bring their best Great office spaces and facilities for employees to work and rewind.

Cons

Could grow more inorganically by acquisitions as organic takes time. Do more marketing and branding exercises to be known to attract right talent group.
