New leadership brings a healthy but confident change to achieve the vision and direction of the organisation Focus is more on innovation, transparency, and employee development AI first initiative is encouraged across training, projects and Sales pursuits for employees to bring their best Great office spaces and facilities for employees to work and rewind.

      Could grow more inorganically by acquisitions as organic takes time. Do more marketing and branding exercises to be known to attract right talent group.

      Perficient is a great place to work. The recent C-Executive visits were a good reminder of how approachable and committed our leadership is. There is a clear focus on innovation, especially with the AI-first approach, and it is exciting to be part of that journey. The work culture is collaborative, and people are supportive. The new leadership direction feels thoughtful and well-aligned with where the industry is heading. Overall, I am happy to be part of this journey!
