I’m a “boomerang employee,” meaning I was with Perficient for two years before leaving and returning in 2021. Realizing I should have never left Perficient in the first place was a milestone in my career. Perficient is my home away from home, and it’s where I belong. I take pride in what I do and the accomplishments of my team and colleagues. Culture is everything. You can have the best title, the best salary, etc., but if the culture is not present, then those things mean nothing. I truly love the culture and people I work with at Perficient. Immerse yourself in your team and the culture. We spend so much time at work, so it’s important to make it meaningful.
