      Some team members and managers greatly care about the team and company.

      Cons

      I feel like divison leadership is aloof and doesn't care much about division direction. We seem to be moving backward instead of forward.

      Pros

      Colleagues are great to work with. Leadership at the VP level down wants to do the right thing for the employees, but are unable due to the poor executive leadership of the organization. A lot of great minds and great ideas.

      Cons

      Poor company culture. Executive leaders do not value the employees. Horrible PTO policy and practice. Way too many reductions that happen without notice. Very negative organization and culture.

      not much to say. they suddenly have many projects and then none...

      Cons

      when no projects, employees are let go. they do not hesitate and very harsh and brutal. as long as they can get money out of you, you stay. then, they would not hesitate to kick off the person.
