      People always willing to help you, good culture The path of the right thing to do was always the one that was encouraged, even thou it could imply awkward situations with the clients or other teammates

      Cons

      There could be different opinions between people from US and people from Latam which were difficult to handle They don’t have a lot of benefits, this was something WIP as the company started to grow fast

      If you can be billable, you have a job

      Cons

      With PE acquisition, the benefits and career progression seem to have dried up. The demand for sales and account growth has life made harder if you want any career growth. Otoh, if you are satisfied with no salary hikes, you can ignore those demands and have fun at the cost of others.
