      Remote, Automatic salary increases by IPC in Argentina, you can opt with a mix of U$D and Pesos e.g (40% in Pesos 60% in U$)

      Pros

      Being remote makes this a great job. Getting to work with multiple accounts and get exposure to multiple industries is a great plus.

      Cons

      Typical corporate policies. FTO is nice in theory but bonuses based on hours billed essentially say if you want time off, you get less bonus. Focus is on being billable to clients rather than value.

      You can set your salary Have free time if you need to do a personal errand(obviously you have to complete your work afterwards) Can set your growth Great co-workers passionate about improving themselves
