Perficient places high expectations on our core value of high integrity and honesty, but also emphasizes having fun by at our many culture and giving back events across all our office around the globe.

Cons

I really enjoy all aspects of the job and love our team so its hard to come up with cons.

Pros

Great group of people in their IT staff that take their work very seriously, fairly generous with PTO and good benefits. The pay is about industry standard in regards to most positions or slightly above it.

Cons

Watch out for upper level management - You do not want to have their attention. This is a great place to make money/do the daily grind if you're the type to keep your head down. Always keep in mind that they will let you go very quickly with no forewarning as others have mentioned.
