      Misleading management but, nice people

      Pros

      - Seems to be a great resume booster (contacted by recruiters daily) - Team was nice - Access to great sources for self-learning - Work remotely from home

      Cons

      - I was told "they don't hire-and-fire on a project basis" (as soon as my project ended I was laid off) - Cell phone allowance is low (around $50 for a senior consultant) - 3% of 401k match is in Perficient stock... (prefer to not have that much in ONE small cap company)

      Good perk and remote job

      Cons

      I came through consultant and based in my performance they hired me as FTE. Once project got over, account manager and business development people never care and no response if you call and send mails. After few weeks on bench they will ask you to go for leave of absence to not paid you. I never recommend to anyone and please do not join this company

      Flexible work options, opportunities to grow, well-known clients

      Cons

      Good leadership is though to come by, projects frequently start before they should because PRFT wants revenue, PTO policy (stop accruing after 80 hours, and the payout upon separation is NOT based on how much PTO you've accrued), poor on-boarding
