      Pros

      Pay raise upon being acquired to account for their awful benefits package

      Cons

      This company acquires various tech companies and has them work together. I have never seen such disorganization, no one takes ownership on projects, instructions are always a complete mess. Every project that is ship is extremely subpar/broken. Upon being acquired, at least 10 critical people have left, completely crippling our branch.

      Pros

      The atmosphere and culture in the agency is very open to sharing resources and teaching. Hours and office dress code are very flexible and relaxed if you are on the agency side. Agency leadership is amazing. Great resources and supportive advocates.

      Cons

      There's a HUGE disconnect between the Perficient and its Digital Agency. When the stock price drops, you're probably going to lose your job. Clients treat you like a robot that doesn't need sleep or have family.

      Pros

      There are some good engineers that work for the organization. These good engineers have to make up for the lack of standards. These good engineers have to over compensate for warm bodies.

      Cons

      Business is first priority. Web session on leadership says "availability is not a criteria", but client can expect to get warm bodies just because resources are on the bench. Presentability more important than software ability. False advertising. All of this, especially for the Oracle practice.
