Pros
Salary was reasonable and paid on time Telecommute options were available There are good people working in the field Travel expenses are reimbursed in a timely manner
Cons
Health Benefits were substandard - expensive, high deductible, and did not cover much Joined as full time employee and not retained at the end of first project Part of Performance Bonus is withheld, and forfeited if employee leaves or if company decides to let employee go When you have to travel, the company forces the employee to front their travel expenses (their corporate card program was canceled and never replaced.)
