      There are good people at Perficient. Many of them came through acquisition and they leave too quickly. The people below the VP level seem pretty good.

      Cons

      The VP's and execs are totally out of touch. There are only about 7 VP's, and 2 or 3 leave every year. That should tell you something. I just learned that my VP is quitting, and I don't blame him. They treat people like dirt. I am writing this after I've already written my own resignation letter. I plan on sending that in later today. It's like a staffing company pretending to be a consulting company. If you're on the bench for a week, you run the risk of getting tossed. Terrible culture.
