      perfect for a dead end job with no career goals

      Cons

      horrible management, coworkers are nice, dead end job, no career incentive, Micro Management at its best. No culture, no values whatsoever

      Pros

      Many locations mean varied clients, projects, and platforms - always interesting work if you can adapt to new processes, vocabulary, industries, people, methodologies, and tools. Coworkers work together as a team. Peers respect you if you pull your weight.

      Cons

      Many projects require significant travel, and all travel time I did was not compensated - there goes hours of precious life. Total compensation was 20% less than the project I switched to.

      Pros

      Good pay Depending on client, flexible working arrangements (wfh vs travel) Decent vacation. 4 weeks but that includes everything from sick to standard holidays.

      Cons

      Bonus starts at 2/3. 1/3 is retained to try keep you on board. If you leave before the bonus payout date but after the bonus period, you still get zilch. Never met my manager in person Terrible communication from management regarding client contract extension/expiry. Makes you feel like all they care about is the money, not their employees. No budget for training on the side - especially since if you are training you aren't bringing in the bucks Overall, it is a consulting company that looks to make a lot of money. Understandably, they want you to work as much as possible, and are only interested in helping you if it helps them more.
