      Pros

      Work force is very strong technically. Focused and driven staff.

      Cons

      Complete lack of vision in upper management You will grow only if you know the right people - if not you are always an outsider There is no mentoring, zero training, zero investment in employee's career growth Its good if you are trying to get some experience. Worst if you already have decent experience

      Great Place to be a Consultant!

      Pros

      Great pay, and great resources. There is a great community of people to pull support from. The work is usually IBM product based and can be fun and challenging.

      Cons

      Usually 100% travel with some work from home. Bonuses are based on the number of billable hours.
