      Fine place to work if desperate or fresh out of school, otherwise, there are much better choices.

      Pros

      Flexible scheduling, benefits not bad, can try to stay sheltered in your own business unit and stay below the radar if that is your career choice. For kids out of school, nice place to get a foot in the door and some experience for the resume.

      Cons

      Quality people know to stay away unless they are desperate. Inept senior management, promoting of "yes" men (and women) to VP or C level- and termination of anyone with any independent thought or idea. If you really want to move up - you will need to throw your conscious and morals out the window, and not mind how your co-workers are treated.

      Moved to new city then laid off

      Pros

      the dress is casual t shirt and jeans, free snacks and water in the break room. I really cant think of many positive things relating to actual work.

      Cons

      I moved to Austin for this job and was laid off a month later because of lack of work. very cut throat environment no warning or compensation after moving to a new city for this job. I have been a consultant for the past five years and this by far the worst experience i have ever had.

      ran like a startup for some time, fun dynamic environment Great visionary leadership variety of projects opportunity to work in several different industries in one year

      Cons

      lack of consistency from project to project long hours too much travel startup feel lacked infrastructure and policy or procedure
