      Decent salary, good benefits, but that's it.

      Cons

      Co-workers can be rude and unprofessional, projects are poorly managed, environment is chaotic due to many people leaving the company at the same time, hard work is not appreciated at all

      Pros

      If you step up and perform, it will be rewarded. Billable utlization bonus is fair. It is important to make sure you are managing your director's perception of your to get recognition and perception

      Cons

      Base compensation is maybe a tad bit below market, though billable bonus can make up for that. Each office is still run somewhat independently, meaning the GM makes his own way, culture, etc.

      Rewards for results. Fast growing, room for career growth and advancement. Solid exectuive and senior management with a vision and proven ability to take the company to the next level.

      Perhaps too much independence, occasionally feeling disconnected from others in my office.
