Pros

Job stability and travel all over the world is probably the only perk you will get from this company.

Cons

Impossible to go up the corporate ladder. Management will sue you if you jump ship and work for another IBM business partner. If you get sick, be worried about losing your job, management doesn't care. Senior management does not reward employes who perform well. No training is provided. Moral is very low. Billable hours is the only thing the management cares to see. Expense reimbursement process is a pain and people who takes care of that are very rude. If you want to work for a great IBM business partner, join ascendant technologies where I now work, the will put new life in your career.

Pros

There are some good people. However, they are leaving one by one.

Cons

Lack of respect between consultants. Of course the billable hour is necessary to stay in business, but the GM's need to realize that there is more to management than just their bonuses and how many billable hours you can squeeze out of someone.

Pros

Some very good people to work with.

Cons

Management is a joke. They are only concerned about their own numbers and not about the people doing the work to get them their high salaries. The company has gone down hill since the late 90's. People have been promoted due to favoritism and based upon politics. Perficient is becoming a prime example of the "Peter Principle". Many of the senior consultants are not team players. Senior management takes credit for the hard work done by the Directors. Senior Management disrespects other leaders to the rank and file.
