Pros

Great people delivering the work though often put in a bad situation because they weren't consulted during the work spec and bidding.

Cons

Way too many layers in middle management and literally 4:1 ratio of sales to delivery on most projects.

Pros

Great People who are knowledgeable and helpful. Good Remote policy before and during Covid-19. Great Culture and events.

Cons

At the end of the day they are a placement company. They will let you go if you are not making them money. Promises of bench and training time are until the next pay period then you are gone.

It is a job with a paycheck.

Cons

Are you even slightly ambitious and care about your reputation in front of clients? Then look literally anywhere else. If you work here, be prepared to be treated like a disposable object, with no real benefits. This is a glorified staffing agency, there is no interest in delivering quality work. Selling projects is the only thing they care about, no matter how mediocre the delivery is. Also - watch out for the positive reviews here, they’re being done by HR to increase their rating.
