      Pros

      The PTO is ok. There are some great people who work here. Perficient would be a great place for a college grad interested in consulting to start working with clients.

      Cons

      The GMs are extremely focused on being billable. They will place people on projects that are not necessarily a good fit for that particular project just so they can be billable. The work is also not very challenging and it is a bit disorganized. Lots of things are started, but not necessarily finished. The benefits need some work. Sales pipeline needs to be stronger.

      The company has great resources and will support great ideas. Great career opportunities and benefits.

      Cons

      Typical pains that accompany an acquisition company. Acquired companies lose their identities, the company participates in late term lay-offs that are typical of this type of business model, but preach that nothing will change.
