      - Ability to work remotely / schedule flexibility - Benefits package is strong compared to other employers - Ability to work on multiple projects

      Cons

      - The company is laser focused on billable hours vs. the budget (revenue). Layoffs will occur if revenue forecasts are not met. - Each BU/office is different, so there is no continuity in the culture / processes, etc. Positive culture aspects from companies pre-Perficient acquisition is slowly diminishing. - Systems for internal reporting are extremely outdated (i.e., time-consuming, frustrating)

      Pros

      This goes only for the IBM ECI business unit, since every business unit is different: Diverse project set and business areas to learn from. Every project is different and there's always new things to learn. You never sit on one stale codebase for too long. There's room to grow in the developer track and everyone you work with is nice and competent. There's no office politics and your stress levels are generally very low.

      Cons

      Biggest gripe is that the health insurance is not good. Billableness/utilization is a top priority for management, so sometimes decent resources are let go during business down-times. Project assignments are random and you have little control over your travel percentage.
