      Perforce builds great collaboration tools for our customers to help them achieve success. I feel collaboration is at the heart of our products and company culture. You are encouraged to partner with whomever you need to bring success to the organization. Hard work is rewarded and recognized at Perforce. You have the ability to make an impact on our customers and enjoy different events to make an impact on your community and get to know your co-workers better. The team at Perforce is intelligent and brings their diverse experiences to help make it a collaborative and fun experience.

      Cons

      A distributed workforce can be a challenge at times but our technology and other tools are helping make this easier.

      Pros

      There are too many pros to list in my opinion but my two favorites are that management actively works to develop employees and that the culture here embraces the value of celebrating both personal and company wide accomplishments. Everyone works hard and that hard work is rewarded with frequent treats and fun activities!

      Cons

      Because it's located downtown there is more of a cost to commute.

      Cons

      Ethically bankrupt management team, based in Minneapolis. Treat Alameda employees -- where the brain trust resides -- like infants and second-class citizens. CEO is prone to lying and sudden about-faces that don't appear to come for any clear reasons. Poor communicator. This has gone from a technology company to a money company. Money, money, money. Apart from the Chief Product Officer, who is outstanding, the rest of the "leadership" sadly lack any kind of real background in technology and any kind of capacity to engage in complex thinking.
