Ease of working hours, mostly work from home opportunities. Good projects and co-workers are having good knowledge those who are working in Estonia, Germany and US.

Cons

Indian team is also good but some managers are ill-mannered.

Work environment is great Peers are results-oriented and intelligent New CEO is good, outlook seems promising Alignment at individual level with company goals

Cons

Collaboration across teams can be difficult with many different BUs Lots of time required for analytics that could be spent more creatively Not really any complaints!
