Cons

Mid-sized company with many small brands through acquisition results in immature processes and inconsistencies across the organization, pay could be more competitive

Cons

Compensation is not competitive within the industry. DEI is not a priority for leadership. Perforce does a poor job at staffing and retention. Communication is opaque and secretive.
