We appreciate your contributions to our company especially at this time where the product innovation using AI from our engineering teams are creating a new paradigm in application development. These are exciting times for Perforce. At the same time, we want to provide a work environment that provides employees with a balance of challenging work, fun environment, along with the flexibility needed to achieve a work-life balance. We have created several new programs that offer recognition for employees including our CATCH awards for employees living our values, Customer Champion Awards, Perforce Heroes, and our Annual Pinnacle Awards given to teams and individuals in celebration of their achievements in the prior year. This year we recognized 5 individual winners and 1 team winner as nominated by our employees. These awards were announced at our All Hands meeting in January to great fanfare. Thank you for taking the time to post. I'm happy to hear you enjoyed the people, office and culture. As we continue to grow and evolve as a company, there will be a need for the structure to change to support the business. That may require changes to staff. But we don't take those changes lightly and look for options where people changes are the last place to look for change.
