It's good to hear you are finding Perforce has created a great work environment with a people first perspective. Our employees are what make Perforce great. We do work hard to keep a flat organizational structure and hopefully you will see continued improvement in access to leaders, understanding of our planning, and availability to technology needed for your role. We do keep a close eye on our expenses but that is intentional and done to eliminate any dramatic changes to our business. I was able to recently spend some time in our Pune office where we shared our product and portfolio direction that was met with great excitement from the team.
