I'm glad you are enjoying the culture and our Pune location does provide a great environment for our employees. We've actually found that many of our Pune employees would rather work from the office because the environment is condusive to collaboration and fun. We provide employees with flexibility in their schedule as we realize "life" does always happen on a schedule. I believe we do a good job of focusing on our best talent but certainly will look for ways to reward top talent. If you have ideas, please drop me an email message or Slack me. ~Jim Cassens, CEO

I'm glad you are enjoying the work-life balance and ability to have flexibility in your work day. We are fortunate to have a rich set of solutions that truly add value to our customers. That's resulted in a significant customer base with top brand names from around the world. It's always fun to see the list of customers that use our solutions. I would like to understand more about where you feel our benefits are not equal or better than other companies. Please drop me an email message or Slack me. Pros

Perforce is a very employee-friendly company with a supportive work culture. The company offers great perks, including 10 days of paternal leave. Managers and directors generally don’t put unnecessary pressure, allowing you to work comfortably unless deadlines require extra effort. They use a modern and solid technology stack. There is significant potential for growth, both professionally and technically. The hybrid work model (2 days in-office) offers a good work-life balance.

Cons

Limited transport facilities due to the relatively small office footprint. Providing morning and evening snacks/fruits at the snack station could be a nice addition.

Thank you for leaving a post. I'm glad in your first year you are experiencing many of the things as a company that makes us special with office perks, benefits, work life balance, and growth of our employees in their professional lives. It his really part of our culture. While our products and solutions are world class, we can only accomplish this with a great workforce and providing a good working environment helps us succeed. I like your ideas on snacks! Let's see what we can do. ~Jim Cassens, CEO
