      Pros

      This company gave me the chance to grow from an individual contributor to a manager, and that journey has been rewarding. The exposure to real decision making and problem solving is valuable. I appreciate the emphasis on team development and people-first policies. Leadership encourages open dialogue, and there is a strong culture of mentorship and feedback.

      Cons

      One area where there is room for improvement is compensation. Salary hikes tend to be modest and are closely tied to the company’s performance and the global economic climate. While this is understandable from a business perspective, it can sometimes impact employee morale. That said, the company is transparent about these decisions, and efforts are made to recognize and retain top talent in other ways.

      Thanks for leaving a post. I had the good fortune to travel to Pune last January and hope to do it again this year. Great people, great office space with tremendous cafeteria. Our team in India is working on some exciting new AI features for our products that will certainly change the shape of DevOps and allow customers to accelerate their DevOps pipeline.
