High turnover as employees are not valued unless the are friends with management

Cons
You can only advance if you are friends with management. You have to do the work of all managements friends because they dont and management looks the other way. You get yelled at all day by customers because only a few people actually work and you have to pick up managements favorites slack. The people in the office locations have it made because they have little interaction with management and do as little work as possible and noone does anything about it. This job is extremely stressful because of lack of good management. The different departments all place blame on each other instead of being told to work as a team which would happen in better managed environment. The only people who get hired are friends of managements favorites. This was a very cliqueish high school type place.
