      Pros

      Working remotely is all it has going for it.

      Cons

      Growing too fast. Poor management. Mid/Uper management supremely inexperienced. No structure. Laughable training. Zero accountability. Some supervisors/leads have absolutely no idea what they are doing. Many are petty and unprofessional.

      Very Poor Onboarding Experience

      Pros

      The Lead was caring and supportive. The team had great interaction and rapport.

      Cons

      The onboarding experience started well, but I was left on my own to do self-paced learning most of the time with little direction or interaction with management. Once training was completed, support was spotty, if given at all. The call volume at times was very high, which made support even harder to receive support. Tech support was hard to get as well because there was no direct phone line to I.T.

      Pros

      After working here for over 9 months, this job has become something I have ever hoped for. Everyone is friendly and easygoing. The environment is positive. I haven’t met one negative person. At times, the work might be a bit intense, but definitely rewarding. I feel like I am growing in my field, evolving and expanding my knowledge. I truly feel appreciated. It gives me a reason to keep pushing. Couldn’t be happier working here. PHM is really a GREAT company to work for!
