You work with some intelligent people in some areas.

Cons

Beyond horrible work life balance, demeaning, abusive, deceitful and condescending management styles, low pay in corporate departments, slow advancement opportunities, upper management is the worst.

Working in a team oriented environment with "like-minded" associates.

Cons

Long hours, poor working conditions, out-dated software and equipment. Male dominated environment. Every annual review was three to six months overdue. Executive management and HR need to do a better job at communicating with all employees nationwide. They talk about caring for their employees but actions speak very differently --- very poor work to life ratio.
