Pros

They allow convicted felons to be employed there which i think is really good. They need somewhere to start and they work really hard.

Cons

Unorganized, hours could get cut at any time so you can never rely on a 40 hr work week,

The only pros I can think of is leaving the building each dayx

Cons

Hypocritical, HR is a joke, benefits are horrible, lack of intelligence throughout most employees and management, no structure, lucky to get wages weekly, and the list goes on.

Growing company with a good reputation within its' industry.

Cons

Executive management communication is poor at best. Talk about caring for their employees but actions speak very differently - very late to no reviews, lack of compensation adjustments, long hours without recognition, and complete disregard for work/life balance. Low moral of employees in general.
