The company was founded in the 1930's and judging by the attitude of management they haven't left this era. Expect zero support, lots of bullying, intimidation and derogatory comments. Management have no inter personal skills. You are given the absolute basic training and then expected to perform complex tasks with no support and then actually shouted at when you make mistakes. They refuse to help you improve. The management actually tell you to stop trying to improve your job to make it easier. There is a culture of pressuring you into working longer than you need to and when you highlight business practices that are unethical, you are told that you are offending them and instead of thanking you and changing their practices they turn it on you, insult you, accuse you of being at fault and generally treat you like a piece of rubbish. You are treated by your job title only, not as a human being. They use computer programmes that are 30 years old and you are not allowed to criticise them or suggest improvements. Management have no interest in letting you make your role more efficient. You receive no backup when you get push back from other departments. This is definitely the worst company to work for. HR supports the managers and does not want to get involved when you have issues that require their intervention. Do not waste your time applying here. You will regret it
