Pros

A lot of great people to learn from, easy to move up.

Cons

Unstable, often laying off the youngest talent sometimes months off promotions or hirings. Some leadership is fantastic but they are often outranked by people with questionable and constantly changing vision.

Pros

You will meet some nice people. It is a opportunity to learn to play "politics".

Cons

Culture is terrible. Basically it is like working in a Dilbert cartoon. Lots of pointy haired bosses fill the bloated ranks of management. This company is run by accountants. The irony is that I have never seen such terrible budget management. Regular layoffs to make the numbers. Lots of talk about innovation but they are only interested if its fast and cheap.

Pros

An international company, you get to know people from many different countries. The atmosphere in my team was great, and we spent a lot of time together after work as well. You learned a lot of the industry and the company had some nice charity events. Bonuses were also good.

Cons

Work can get a little repetitive.
