      Decent folks below executive level

      Cons

      Loyalty rewarded with layoff over time regardless of work product. You truly are just a number tied to your salary. Make more and risk of getting let go increases. Insane culture when you think about it.

      Innovative company with a great mission

      Great products Supportive team and management Dedication to employee growth Reasonable compensation Offers flexibility if/when needed

      Cons

      Not much to note for cons, but internal systems could use an update (I believe it's in the works).

      Thank you for your comments. I agree with all your points. Great products and a supportive environment but many of our internal systems are dated. We are kicking off an initiative to improve our HR systems starting shortly with an early 2018 go live.
