Ive been at Perma-Seal for over a year now, and in my experience, it is the best company I have ever worked for. The people you work with are pleasant and hardworking. It is a family owed company, where the owners truly care about the well being of their employees. Roy and Laura are the type of people you want to work hard for. Its a company that cares and I couldn't be happier or more proud to work for them.

Cons

Because we are not a huge company, sometimes your responsibilities may bleed over into other areas you that you were not hired for, however when your hired here, they tell you, its a team environment, focused on our people, our customers and getting things done. So your happy to help out where you can, and grow the culture.

I've been employed with Perma Seal for over 8 years now. The owners are truly kind and honest people that really want to help everyone reach their potential. The company is growing and is moving in the right direction. Great opportunity for a new employee to make a carrier here and to also make a very good living. Lots of room for advancement if that's what your looking for. They will train and teach you everything you need to know to be successful. Looking forward to at least 20 more years!

Cons

Parking is a bit tricky but that's only because we have grown so much over the years and we are all still waiting patiently for our new facility to open up in Naperville.
