Company has a great reputation for doing quality work High referral rate from 34 years of previous customers

Cons

Owner hires too many sales consultants making it near impossible for all but one or two people to make a living. Excuse is that they need alot of people during a storm period. Unfortunately, only a fraction are needed during all other times (80% of the time), so there is never enough to go around. Low times are extremely low and high times aren't as high as they should be.
