      Pros

      Benefits and good hours were good and why most people stayed for any length of time.

      Cons

      There is a lack of leadership due to upper management not replacing team leaders. They lack ethics when it comes to billing and dealing with clients.

      IT Director very flexible with work/life balance. Willing to work with you if you are still going to school. Many opportunities to learn and cover for Network and Systems Administrators.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth due to size of department.

      Love the clients, pto, holidays off, helping clients with healthcare, RJ made it a great place to work, helping community

      Cons

      Low pay considering the rest of PBCC, after RJ left alot of childish BS for a professional office, your opionion does NOT count
